Any personal data that you submit will be held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  The WCfH will hold your details on file for the purposes of sending you information about the All Wales Mental Health Promotion Network, related events and for statistical purposes. The information will be held in a database which may be viewed by authorised employees and agents of the WCfH and the Welsh Assembly.
 
To comply with the Data Protection Act it is essential that we keep our records up to date. We would be grateful if you could inform us if your personal details change.
