It seems that all the things in the world are divided into two. Good or bad, God or devil, black or white. Whenever you turn you can recognize this. Even when it comes about people and their behaviors. The same thing comes about introverts and extroverts. We all know some people that are truly one thing or another. But question is – Are this two separate pols of personalities that different? Introvert or extrovert
It would be easy to separate that two aspects of personalities before we find anything which can be the same for both of them. But then again, it may be beneficial to start from differences. Psychology has shown that way of behavior a particular individual who is considered an introvert is deferent than extrovert character. This does not necessarily mean that one is better than others, but it does mean that in some fields, certain aspects of character has much better overall value to be recognized in their professional success.
So, if you are politician, being an extrovert can be huge advantage due to the fact that you are more social, much effective in teamwork, more prone to come up ideas in the process of collaboration with other individuals, while an introvert could find this more difficult than to be, for example, a philosopher, who has time to work in solitary and spend much time to think about some ideas before he comes out with them. Most of the people are ambiverts, which mean that they have aspects of both kinds of personalities, which makes prior two character behavior more unique and more worthy of psychological attention.

Differences
In some accepted view of particular subjects of behavior, it is possible to say that the main difference is in the fact that extroverts are more orientated to the material and social world around them, while the introvert is more focused to the world inside of them. While extroverts search for recognition in society and are more prone to earn and get social rewards. While on the other hand, introverts are more motivated with the world of ideas and internal rewards. While extrovert describes life around them more abstractly, introverts are more prone to catch important details and show difference about things through that detail.

Another interesting aspect of this difference is the energy field around and inside them. While extroverts use energy around the through social interaction to feed their energy, introvert are using time of loneliness for this and social interaction drains there energy. There are many other aspects by which it is possible to create a chart of their mutual differences, but most important thing is to learn how to accept them and how to find balance in interaction with introvert or extrovert. One of the main problems is a lack of knowledge about them and the lack of acknowledging their different characteristic.
