It is scheduled to follow the expected release of Welsh Government’s Health and Wellbeing White Paper, the next stage of policy development following the Public Health Green Paper.
The conference will bring together key policymakers and a range of relevant stakeholders – including public health professionals in Local Health Boards, local authorities, third sector and charity groups, associations, transport groups and leisure providers.
Delegates will discuss the organisation and funding of public health programmes, as well as best practice of collaboration between Local Health Boards and local authorities in tackling major issues of public health.
